Privacy Policy

Strategy Engine is an experimental product by S3MA. This privacy policy describes how we handle information submitted through the platform.

We are committed to data minimisation. We collect only what is necessary for the platform to function and improve.

Briefing inputs. Content you enter in the strategy form is used to generate a strategy and stored anonymously. Project names and business details should not be confidential or sensitive.

Public Lab entries. Generated moodboards and visual references are contributed to the Public Lab. No personal information, project names or briefing text is published publicly unless you opt in to strategy sharing.

Analytics events. Anonymous interaction data (which concepts were selected, which sections were copied) is collected to improve the system. No personal data is attached to these events.

Project inquiries. If you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address and message. This data is stored privately and used only to respond to your inquiry.

We do not require user accounts, login or registration. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell data to third parties.

Generated strategies are stored in your browser’s local storage and, where available, in a Supabase database. Public Lab entries are stored in our database without personal identifiers.

Project inquiries are stored privately and accessible only to S3MA.

We use Supabase for database infrastructure. Image references may be sourced from Unsplash. AI generation may use Anthropic or OpenAI APIs.

You may request deletion of any stored project inquiry by contacting us at hello@s3ma.com.
